Terms of Service

Using the service
HeadshotAI.app is operated by The Sky Bringup, LLC. HeadshotAI.app lets you upload one selfie, choose a style, generate professional headshot options, and download results. You are responsible for having the right to upload the photo you submit.
Credits and paid packs
Generation requires a Google sign-in; new accounts receive 1 free credit. Accounts are used for generation, saving, downloads, credits, refunds, and support. Sets generated after a credit purchase are watermark-free; sets generated before it keep their watermark. One credit starts a set of up to four results. If a provider task fails and the service does not deliver the full set, the credit is returned automatically; completed results remain available.
Quality limits
Automatic headshot generation can improve lighting, crop, background, and professional presentation, but it cannot guarantee perfect identity consistency from every selfie. Blurry, filtered, side-angle, or low-resolution inputs may produce poor results.
Result storage and downloads
Free headshots generated from October 10, 2026 at 00:00 UTC have a 30-day storage period. Earlier free results will not be removed under this rule before November 9, 2026 at 00:00 UTC. Download the images you want to keep. Paid results and existing paid entitlements continue under their current account-history policy. See the retention policy for source uploads, shared files, and deletion requests.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to upload illegal content, violate privacy rights, impersonate people, harass others, create misleading identity claims, or generate images of people without proper rights or consent. We may block accounts that abuse the service or attempt to bypass credit, rate, or security controls.
Support
