From October 10, 2026 (UTC), free results have a 30-day storage period; earlier free results are protected until at least November 9, 2026 (UTC). Paid-entitlement exceptions are explained in our privacy policy. You can also request deletion of your account and related uploads and results through support. We process deletion requests within 30 days, independently of the result-storage limit.
